Use: The series of hydraulic press is suitable for the automatic control of powder dry pressure, and is widely used in electronic, powder metallurgy, soft magnetic industry, conductive dry press molding, chemical industry, vehicle manufacturing, medicine, energy and environmental protection industry, entertainment as well as toy industry.Suitable dry powder materials are: black and non-ferrous metal powder, electronic ceramic powder, ferrite, rare earth powder, carbide powder, polytetrafluoroethylene, diamond and graphite powder.
Characteristics:
(1) The main structure of this series machine is three beams four column or integral basket frame, in which the power control section adopts a large plug-in valve group structure and the electrical control part is PLC control;
(2) The machine is equipped with automatic mold support (product structure features: one up one down step, one up two down step, two up two down step ) as well asautomatic powder feeding and blank pushing, providing powder pressing process;
(3) the most important characteristics of this series press: mechanical positioning method is adopted for adding powder height, releasing position and product height, with the repeatability location accuracy of less than ± 0.05mm, ensuring the feeding quantity, blank density uniformity and ejection position is accurate and reliable.
